Natalie and Duncan. These two are so full of life and laughter, and anticipation to become husband and wife! You might remember these happy faces from their proposal my husband shot in the middle of the lake in the rain! These two wanted to take me and Sam to the place that holds so many memories for them, the place where Duncan grew up, and the place where they will become husband and wife in June. Duncans grandparents live right on the Inlet, and in their beautiful backyard that overlooks the still water is where these two will say their vows. So it was quite the honor for me to go and see this magical place that means the world to them. It was so fun to grab lunch by the water before this session to calm their nerves, let them enjoy some wine, and just get them excited for the fun evening we all were about to share! Below are some of my favorite moments full of sandy toes, constant laughter, lifts by the water, and swinging underneath beautiful oak trees. As the sun was setting we ended their session walking on his grandparents dock that these two have taken many strolls on. It was such a meaningful evening to say the least. I hope you stay a while and enjoy. Natalie and Duncan, my prayer for you is that you would bask in the Lords goodness, that you would soak up every lesson He is going to teach you, that your hearts would rest in this season as you prepare for the most humbling, amazing, sanctifying, unreal journey of your life. These pictures hold a glimpse of His faithfulness in your lives, and how He has orchestrated every little detail. I hope they serve as a reminder to trust Him with every ounce of yourself, even in this season of waiting. I love you two.
